A little about my sober journey!

Let's get wild with some sober partying in Miami!

My name is Erin or you can call me WOOP WOOP! A little over 12 years ago I came to a huge realization (after a crazy night out in Maui & a few hundred black outs) that drinking alcohol wasn't benefitting my life... so I decided to quit for 6 months!!! :) Once I hit that 6 months though, I felt so incredible about this decision that I just kept going & I haven't had a sip since! The clarity of my thoughts, the energy in my body, the happiness in my heart, the freeness of my soul! YAYYY!!! :) Quitting booze for me though definitely didn’t mean I wanted to stop having fun or quit partying so I started searching for all the magical ways to get high on life without the use of any substances & now I want to share these findings with the world!

WOOP Life was born from a nomading Jeep life!

After a really fun, but not completely satisfying 12 year career, in January of 2022 I decided to quit my job, build a bed in the back of my Jeep & take off to find my dharma! I had no idea what this meant yet, but I knew I was here on the planet to do something bigger, more fulfilling & more fun then what I was doing. I started WOOP Life in August of 2022 throwing parties on a cross country tour with stops in Albany, NY; Boston, MA; Denver, CO; Portland, OR and Mendocino, CA! The weather started to get a little chilly for Jeep Life so after about a year and a half, I decided to head to sunny Florida to throw in some roots and call Miami my new home! I have the love & flexibility to travel worldwide to share my offerings, so please reach out and let's get high on life together! :)

When I'm not throwing events or leading retreats, you can usually find me dancing at someone else's parties, singing songs while riding my bike along the water, hiking, searching for new vegan restaurants, chasing ducks around Aguacate Sanctuary of Love, SUPing, playing basketball, volleyball or tennis, doing improv, camping, snowboarding, traveling to places I've never been, festival hopping & almost always spending time with the magical humans in my life who I am OH SO GRATEFUL for!!! :) If you are one of them, THANK YOU for being you!!!
